Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. All  shipments are tracked and insured. We will send tracking information via email within one business day of shipment.

NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:

All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged. Cherry will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if Cherry is not at fault.  Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can  be processed  online. Please email the reason/purpose for the return and if valid, we will provide a digital return label. 

Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
